01The 30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to buy with confidence. If you purchase the core AI Landlord product and you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll return the full purchase price. There's no return to ship and no questionnaire to complete — you just email us.
02How to request a refund
- Email robert@satoridefense.com from the address you used to purchase.
- Use the subject line "Refund" so we catch it fast.
- Include your order number or the name on the order if you have it handy (not required, but it speeds things up).
We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

04Membership & recurring billing
If you join the optional recurring membership, you can cancel at any time by emailing robert@satoridefense.com. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. If you cancel after a renewal charge has already processed, that period stays active until it ends and we won't bill the following period. Any free-trial period is yours to cancel before it converts at no cost.
05Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please email us first — we're a small operation and we'll make it right faster than your bank can. Because our refund policy is this generous, we ask that you reach out for a refund rather than filing a chargeback.
