Privacy Policy
The short version: We collect the minimum we need to send you what you asked for and run the business — mainly your email and order details. We don't sell your data. AI Landlord is a tool you run inside your own ChatGPT account; your tenant conversations live in your account, not ours.
01Who we are
AI Landlord ("AI Landlord," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of Satori Defense. You can reach us any time at robert@satoridefense.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our pages, opt in for the free script, or purchase the product, and what we do with it.
02What we collect

What we do not collect: We do not receive or store the conversations you have with the AI Landlord assistant, your tenants' messages, or any photos or records you create inside it. Those live in your own ChatGPT account and are governed by OpenAI's privacy policy.
03Payment information
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider (e.g. Stripe / SamCart), which handles your card details directly. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and the billing information needed for receipts and refunds.
04Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your progress through checkout, and measure the performance of our advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and analytics tools, which may set cookies to attribute conversions and build advertising audiences. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.
05How we use your information

- To process orders, issue receipts, and handle refunds
- To send you the emails you opted into, and product/support updates
- To run, measure, and improve our advertising
- To respond to support requests and protect against fraud or abuse
06Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us run the business — our payment processor, email/newsletter provider, advertising platforms (such as Meta), and analytics tools — and only as needed for them to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
07Email & marketing
If you opt in, we'll email you the resource you requested plus related tips and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — it won't affect access to anything you've already purchased.
08Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email robert@satoridefense.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires.
09Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes). We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10Children
AI Landlord is intended for adults running rental property. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
